The Arbor Estate welcomes celebrations of up to 250 guests, depending on the event layout, with an air-conditioned reception space seating up to 200.
Venue rental includes farmhouse tables, cross-back chairs, private suites from 9 AM, valet parking, an entrance officer, and a bathroom attendant.

Monday–Thursday. Friday–Sunday: $7,000. Ceremony garden, reception space, suites, tables, chairs, and venue staffing included.
For 50 guests. Venue amenities with buffet catering, place settings, servers, and a bartender.
For 50 guests. Venue, planning, photography, floral design, DJ essentials, and catering.
Intimate Celebration adds a 20% service fee to the $65 per-person dining charge only. Other collection prices and sample totals include service fees. Florida sales tax is additional. Dates, guest counts, and collection availability are confirmed during inquiry. Intimate and elopement options are also available.
